About ViVaLiVe Guide
Learn about the purpose and editorial team behind ViVaLiVe Guide.
ViVaLiVe Guide is ViVaLiVe's official resource for people taking practical steps in music: starting an activity, meeting collaborators, performing live, or finding performers and venues.
Our Japanese coverage primarily supports performers and venues active in Japan. Our English coverage is for musicians and music artists who want to understand and participate in Japan's music culture while traveling or staying here.
The ViVaLiVe Editorial Team plans and edits every article, checking official and primary sources where appropriate before publication.
Editorial Policy
- We prioritize information that helps readers take practical action.
- We do not mass-produce unrelated content solely to attract search traffic.
- We verify official and primary sources first whenever possible.
- We do not present changing details—such as venue terms, prices, or recruitment availability—as universal fixed rules.
- Content passes through Draft → Fact Check → SEO Review → Human Approval → Publish.
- We update published content when needed.
- If a citation conflicts with the page it references, readers should rely on the source's latest information.
